I’m fortunate to love what I do, having found my own life purpose. Before starting my coaching and advisory practice, I held executive roles at global businesses. Working diligently, I discovered how to become a nimble and inspiring leader.
As I advanced professionally, I realized that my greatest passion is coaching and mentoring others. I’ve always been drawn to continuous learning—applying innovative techniques and tools for greater results. I love to provide others with “the gift of knowledge.”

Janis is an ICF accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and Certified Positive Intelligence Coach. She holds an MBA with a concentration in marketing from the University of Iowa. She received her BA with a double major in psychology and English from Augustana College.
Janis has held board and volunteer positions with many influential organizations, such as Rotary, Seattle Humane Society, Lake Washington Institute of Technology, Junior Achievement of King County, First Washington, Northwest Entrepreneur Network, Washington Software Association (WTIA), Seattle University, (UW) Arthur W. Janis resides in Langley, Washington with her husband and two Dandie Dinmont Terriers. Her hobbies include global travel, reading, contract bridge, and gourmet cooking.
